How we handle your details
This notice covers the forms on this website (the UHC waitlist, academy partnerships, careers and the contact form) and the visit counts described under Cookies. The UHC app will have its own privacy policy.
Who we are
AthlezTech Innovations Pvt. Ltd. decides how the details you send through this website are used. Corporate office: Pune, Maharashtra. Registered office: Nashik, Maharashtra, India. For anything about your data, email admin@nxtgenathletetech.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, city, whether you're a player, parent, coach or something else, and, depending on the form, your academy or club, how you heard about UHC, a link to your CV or portfolio, and your message. We don't ask for passwords, ID documents or payment details, so please don't put them in a message.
Why we use it
- Waitlist: to tell you about UHC access and launch updates.
- Academy partnerships: to talk with you about bringing UHC to your nets.
- Careers: to read your introduction and reply if there's a fit.
- Contact: to answer your question or support request.
We use your details only for these purposes and only because you agreed to it on the form. We don't sell them, share them with advertisers, or add you to anyone else's mailing list.
Where it's stored
The website runs on Vercel. When you submit a form, your entry is saved in a Google Sheet in AthlezTech's Google Workspace account, and a copy is emailed to our team inbox. Only the AthlezTech team can open them. Vercel and Google may process data on servers outside India, under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist and academy partnerships: up to 2 years from your last contact with us.
- Contact messages and careers introductions: up to 1 year.
After that we delete it, or sooner if you ask us to.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from (for example a LinkedIn post or a Google search), and how many people join the waitlist. It sets cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one. We see only totals, never your name or the details you type into a form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on.
We don't use advertising cookies. If you pick light or dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. Nothing about it is sent to us.

Please ask a parent or guardian to fill in the form for you, or to agree to it with you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or stop hearing from us at any time. Email admin@nxtgenathletetech.com and we'll act on it within 30 days. The same address handles any complaint about how we've used your data.
Changes
If the way we handle website data changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
